Only A Few Hours Left of 2007

Well . . . 2007 is just about over!  I can't believe that 2008 is only 2.5 hours away!  We have had a wonderful holiday break and I am absolutely dreading going back to work on Wednesday - it has gone just too fast!  It will be good to get back into the swing of things and onto a schedule, though!

Today was a fun day!  Jason and I started off by going shopping and returning all of the things that needed exchanging or returning from Christmas.  I took back some running shoes to Nordstrom and got some new running shoes at Runner's Advantage.   Love those shoes - can you believe that I actually wore out a pair of running shoes?!?!  We stopped off at Basket Loft and I bought some "on sale" Christmas goodies and had to go into Bath and Body Works to buy some wallflowers that were on for a killer deal!  I love after Christmas sales!  After that, we headed over to the distribution center to pick up a few things and back to Fashion Place Mall.  I had a few exchanges to make at Eddie Bauer.  Jason did real well picking out clothes this year, I only had to exchange 3 things!

After our shopping fun, we went home, got the boys and went to lunch a Olive Garden - I am thinking that Olive Garden is one of my all time fav's!  Love that place!  We had a yummy lunch and then went and caught a matinee.  We saw "Enchanted".  I thought it looked kind of lame from the previews, but I really liked it.  Jackson mentioned it was kind of "lovey, dovey" and "girly",  but I really enjoyed it.  Who doesn't love a "happily ever after" ending?!?!?!?

On our way home from the movie, we drove through a few streets that we have been meaning to drive through to see the lights!  This one, was absolutely awesome!   If you get a chance, you should definitely check it out!  We sat and watched that for a while and then headed home!

So, we took the plunge and put our house on the market!  We will see what happens and if anyone is interested.  We have had one couple walk through it, but that's it.  We found a house in a subdivision just a few blocks from our current house.  We put an offer on it and it was accepted!  The key is the sale of our home, though.  We will see what happens!  This all kind of makes me nervous - I am so not a risk taker, but we definitely need a larger home!  Hopefully it will all work out!  We have been busy cleaning, organizing, throwing out junk and hauling stuff and more stuff to a storage shed.  Funny how you can collect so much stuff over the years!

Last Friday, me, my Mom and all my sisters went out to lunch at The Cheesecake Factory to celebrate my sister Molly's birthday and also mine.   I have been wanting to go to Cheesecake Factory for a long time, but the wait time has just been too long.  We decided to just go for it, the wait was only about 30 minutes and the food was yum-o!  We had a good time!

One of my resolutions for 2008 is to blog more . . . so we will see if I can keep a resolution for once or not!  And of course . . . we've got to have the eating healthy and exercise resolution or it just wouldn't be a new year without that resolution!  I am looking forward to the new season of the "Biggest Loser"!  I love, love, love that show - so inspirational AND motivational!

I hope everyone has a fun and safe New Year's Eve and Happy 2008!  Be sure to take a look in my photo albums at the bottom . . . I added some pics from Thanksgiving and Christmas!
